In light of recent market moves, I thought it would be helpful to provide you with a guide on how to evaluate stock versus bond risk using a risk-premia framework. The purpose of the paper is not to assess whether you should be in stocks or bonds, rather, it is to explain the risks you are incurring with your asset allocation at any given time and how you may want to tweak your risk profile.
